- brimfoxgames.com is a static website: no accounts, no forms, no ads, no analytics, no third-party trackers.
- We set one cookie ourselves (
bf_dil), only when you press the language button. - Your progress on the site (lights, tokens, XP) stays in your own browser and never reaches us.
- Like every website, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
1. Data controller
BrimFox Games runs this website. Our company is being set up; once it is, its legal name and address will be added here. Contact for every privacy question: info@brimfoxgames.com.

We don't ask for your name, we have no sign-up or contact form, and we don't build visitor profiles. We don't keep our own server logs.

All of these are strictly necessary for the site to work as you requested, so we don't show a consent banner. We use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
4. Who receives the data
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts the site, protects it and forwards e-mails sent to info@brimfoxgames.com. Google LLC (USA) provides the mailbox those e-mails arrive in. Both act on our behalf, and their servers may be outside Turkey and the EU. Their own notices: Cloudflare, Google. We don't sell or share data with anyone else.
5. How long we keep it
We don't store request data ourselves; Cloudflare keeps technical logs under its own policy. E-mails are kept as long as the conversation needs and then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them. The cookie and local storage stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask whether your personal data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn who it's shared with in Turkey or abroad, ask for correction or deletion and for those you shared it with to be told, object to a result that goes against you from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. The GDPR gives you similar rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability). Write to us at info@brimfoxgames.com; we answer within 30 days at the latest. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The site is open to visitors of all ages and asks nobody for personal data.
8. Our games
Our mobile games will have their own privacy notices; each one will be published on this site before the game appears in the stores.
9. Changes
If the site starts processing anything new, this page is updated first and the date above changes.
